MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 20/2/05.

The inaugural general meeting of Farnham Humanists was held on 20th February 2005 at 6A Greenhill Rd Farnham.

Present were, Alec Leggatt (Acting Chairman), Mike Adams (Acting Treasurer), Val Leggatt, Mike Pearce, David Savage, Jean Fawbert, Simon and Jennie Johnson, Elizabeth and Harold Hillman, John Breeze, Pamela Woodroffe. Vincent and Averil Marks.

Apologies from, Jim Herrick, Barbara Burfoot.

Constitution: The draft constitution was agreed unanimously. (copy attached)

Election of Officers and committee: The following were elected: -

Chairman: David Savage

Vice-chairman and secretary: Jennie Johnson

Treasurer: Mike Adams.

Committee members: Alec Leggatt

Vincent Marks (also Press Officer)

Auditor: Simon Johnson.

Bank Account: It was agreed unanimously that the Treasurer should open an account in the name of Farnham Humanists and the cheques must be signed by any two of the Chairman, Vice chairman and Treasurer.
